About Ralph Martini Jr.
Ralph Martini Jr. brings a lifetime of local knowledge and over three decades of experience to his real estate career. Raised in Rocklin, CA, as the youngest of eight in a tight-knit Italian family, Ralph has deep roots in the community. His early years were marked by standout achievements in athletics, playing quarterback at both BYU and San Jose State before a professional football career in Europe and briefly with the San Francisco 49ers. Encouraged by lifelong friend and future business partner Tim McDowell, Ralph transitioned into real estate, where he has built a reputation for commitment, integrity, and results. Today, Ralph continues to impact his community both professionally and personally, whether helping clients navigate the housing market or coaching high school football alongside Tim at Roseville High.
About Tim McDowell
A fellow Rocklin native, Tim McDowell is known for his energetic drive, sportsmanship, and dedication to the community. As the youngest of four boys and son of a local dentist, competition and leadership came naturally. A graduate of Roseville High School and Sacramento State University, Tim launched his coaching career immediately after high school, channeling his passion for football and youth development into decades of mentorship. In real estate, he brings the same tenacity and team spirit, creating long-lasting client relationships built on trust. Tim is a proud husband, father of two, and grandfather to Zelda, his latest inspiration.
