Early Life and Background
Rene and Tanya Morales both grew up in the Bay Area, coming from hardworking families. Rene’s father served as a doctor, while Tanya’s father was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Each of them grew up alongside three siblings, building strong family values that carry into their work today. Their son, Lucas, and daughter, Cristina, grew up in Folsom. Lucas is an alumnus of CSU Sacramento, and Cristina is an alumna of CSU Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. In 2001, Rene and Tanya relocated to Folsom to raise their family and enjoy a higher quality of life. They raised two children there and enjoy spending time outdoors biking local trails, kayaking along the river, and skiing in nearby Tahoe.
Education
Rene attended the College of San Mateo, while Tanya is a proud graduate of UC Davis. Their educational backgrounds laid the foundation for strong professional skills and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Rene has been a licensed real estate professional since 1986 and brings decades of experience as a business owner to his work. Tanya obtained her real estate license in 2005, following a successful career in Silicon Valley. Together, they have built a reputation for outstanding service, blending business expertise and community knowledge.

After a quick trip to a local store for flashlights, the couple toured the darkened home—and fell in love with it. They purchased the house and, even after 20 years, still call it home.
