Kathy Santiago was raised in Minneapolis, MN, and has deep roots in the Bay Area and Placer County. Family has always been at the heart of everything she does. Life stays full and joyful with her awesome husband, four grown children and three granddaughters who bring endless smiles.
Education and Career History:
Although college wasn’t the final stop, Kathy earned her cosmetology license and dedicated years to caring for others including the elderly. She spent sixteen wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom. Watching her parents succeed as real estate agents laid a strong foundation for her own journey in the industry.
