Professional Background:
Before entering real estate, Elisa served as a banking center manager from 1997 to 2007. The financial expertise, leadership, and customer service skills she developed during that decade became a strong foundation for her real estate career. She earned her license in 2007 and has since become a Certified ePro Specialist, First Time Home Buyer Specialist, Probate and Trust Specialist, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist.

Her career includes valuable experience working on a top listing team from 2010 to 2013, as well as serving as a Trainer and Mentor at Keller Williams Danville from 2012 to 2019. Through these roles, Elisa strengthened her ability to educate, guide, and support both clients and fellow agents.

Personal Life:
Elisa has been married to her husband, Juan Carlos, for 27 years and is proud of their two children, Monica, a realtor and partner in The Beltran Real Estate Group, and Emilio, a dedicated college student. When she isn’t working, Elisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling, hiking with her Australian Shepherd Luna, or relaxing with a glass of wine or an ice-cold beer. Among her greatest cycling achievements are climbing Mt. Diablo in 2020 and completing the Best Buddies 100-Mile Challenge from Carmel to Hearst Castle, where she also raised $6,000 for the cause.
