Early Life
Raised in the heart of Humboldt County among the majestic redwoods and rugged coastline, Cari developed a lasting connection to nature. That love of the outdoors continues to shape her life today, from hiking and gardening to environmental stewardship and coastal conservation.


Education
Cari began her education at College of the Redwoods, completing the Medical Assistant Program before continuing her studies at American River College, where she earned an Associate Degree and received an Anthropology scholarship. She completed her formal education at California State University, Sacramento.


Professional Background
Before entering real estate, Cari gained valuable experience in housing, infrastructure, and public service through roles at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and Yolo County Planning & Public Works. These roles strengthened her understanding of the systems that shape our communities—knowledge she now uses to guide her clients with insight and care.

Licensed in 2004 and quickly rising to become a Real Estate Broker, Cari has built a reputation for excellence, education, and empowerment. Her own journey began with the transformative experience of buying her first home—a milestone that inspired her to help others find the same sense of stability and opportunity through homeownership.
