Background and Relocation Experience:
Born in London and later settling in the historic city of Bath, England, Beth’s journey eventually brought her across the Atlantic. After marrying an American engineer, frequent relocations became a way of life, with stops in Orange County, Colorado, and the Bay Area before settling in Granite Bay in 2011. Her personal experience with cross-country and international moves gives her unique insight into the emotional and logistical challenges clients face. That insight now fuels her passion for real estate and helping others through similar transitions.


Professional Journey and Negotiation Expertise:
Before transitioning into real estate, Beth led teams in England that negotiated high-level corporate contracts. Her work involved detailed contract writing and training others in the art of negotiation—a skill set that now gives her clients a distinct advantage. In real estate, Beth applies the same strategic mindset, knowing that terms often matter just as much as price. Her attention to detail and contract expertise help ensure her clients are protected, informed, and positioned for success.

Beth is also a proud mom of three sons, all born in the U.S., two now live in Southern California where they work, and her youngest plays professional water polo in Australia and has settled there.
